The Pre Filter Cotton Media is primarily composed of polyester fiber (PET), which exhibits excellent dust holding capacity. Additionally, polyester fiber boasts good durability and stability, maintaining the structural integrity of the filter over extended periods.
Filtration Efficiency and Applications
The pre-filtration cotton medium demonstrates high filtration efficiency for particles 5 micrometers and larger, with a dust capture efficiency exceeding 90%. It is particularly suited for the pre-filtration stage in various ventilation systems, conditioning systems, and dust removal systems. By pre-filtering out large particulate impurities, it protects subsequent high-efficiency filters, extends their service life, and enhances the overall filtration efficiency of the system.
Manufacturing Process
- Incoming Material Inspection: Conduct rigorous quality inspection on the purchased filtration cotton to ensure it meets production requirements, including fiber strength, density, thickness, and other indicators.
- Loading and Cutting: Load the qualified filtration cotton and cut it into the required size and shape based on actual needs.
- Glue Injection: Uniformly inject an adhesive onto the filtration cotton to enhance its bonding properties and filtration effect. Precise control of the glue amount during the injection process is crucial to ensure product quality.
- Drying: Use natural gas rapid drying technology to remove excess moisture from the filtration cotton. The drying temperature is controlled between 120~180°C to avoid damaging the fibers.
- Assembly: Add metal supports, aluminum frames, and other accessories to the dried product for assembly and fixation. The assembly process ensures the structural stability and sealing performance of the product.
