High Temperature HEPA Filters, also known as high-temperature high-efficiency filter meshes, primarily utilize high-temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filtering medium, with aluminum foil corrugated sheets as separators, and are assembled with high-temperature resistant sealing glue. This design ensures a rational internal structure and high strength across various applications and specifications. It maintains excellent filtration performance while reducing the initial resistance of the filter and extending its service life. Particularly suitable for high-temperature purification equipment systems such as painting workshop drying rooms and pharmaceutical high-temperature tunnels.

Frame: Special coated steel plates or stainless steel plates are used as frames to improve durability.

They use imported ultra-fine glass fiber materials, specially processed and folded into a “W” shape, effectively increasing the filtration area, reducing initial resistance, and extending service life. Mainly used for primary air filtration in general hot air high-temperature ovens and high-temperature ovens in painting factories.
